By applying to and participating in the CoinCircuit Core Ambassador Program (the "Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms supplement the standard CoinCircuit Terms of Service and primarily govern the distribution and limitations of Ambassador perks and incentives. CoinCircuit reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at its sole discretion at any time.
As part of the Ambassador Program, participating members are granted a 0% processing fee perk to enable frictionless building and testing.
Volume Limit: The 0% fee perk applies to an ambassador's initial $5,000 USD in processing volume. After this volume is exceeded, standard platform processing fees are applied to subsequent transactions.
Ambassadors are granted 200 free transactions fully covered by CoinCircuit. This perk is intended to subsidize initial project launches and network familiarization. Once the 200 transaction limit is exhausted, standard network operations and fees will resume.
The incentives provided under the Ambassador Program are intended explicitly to support authentic project building, merchant onboarding, and network growth.
We ask that all ambassadors use these perks in good faith. Activities designed solely to exploit the fee limits, such as artificially inflating volume or creating duplicate integrations to bypass thresholds, are not permitted and may result in removal from the program.
CoinCircuit may update the volume limits or fee structures of the Ambassador Program as the network scales. We are committed to communicating any major changes clearly. We reserve the right to review ambassador status to ensure the program remains mutually beneficial.
